RateMyManager is an anonymous manager review platform operating at rate-my-manager.vercel.app. By accessing or using this site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You may use RateMyManager to submit honest, first-hand reviews of managers you have personally worked with. By submitting a review you confirm that:

• The review is based on your genuine personal experience
• You are or were employed at the company at which the manager works
• The information you submit is truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You are not submitting on behalf of a competitor or for any commercial purpose

You must not submit content that:

• Is false, defamatory, or intentionally misleading
• Contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or any protected characteristic
• Includes personal identifying information about the manager beyond their name and professional role (no home addresses, phone numbers, or private details)
• Contains profanity or sexually explicit language
• Is submitted multiple times for the same manager by the same person
• Is submitted as retaliation for a personal dispute unrelated to professional conduct

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules at our sole discretion, without notice.

Reviews on RateMyManager represent the personal opinions of anonymous individuals and do not represent the views of RateMyManager. We are a platform, not a publisher of factual claims.

Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, RateMyManager is not liable for content posted by users. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any user-submitted review.

If you are a manager or employer and believe a review about you is false or defamatory, you may flag it for review using the Flag button on the review, or contact us directly. We will investigate and remove content that clearly violates our guidelines.

Manager profiles are created from community submissions and are not verified by RateMyManager against any external database. The existence of a manager profile does not constitute an endorsement or accusation of any kind.

If you are a manager and wish to dispute or remove your profile, contact us with verification of your identity and we will review your request promptly.

By submitting a review, you grant RateMyManager a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of what you write. We will not sell your review content to third parties.

RateMyManager is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of ratings, or that the platform will be available at any particular time. Use the platform at your own risk.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
