Pros
My manager had good technical knowledge and high standards. I learned a lot while working with different products and gained valuable professional experience. He was organized and expected quality work.
Cons
Based on my personal experience, communication could have been more respectful and constructive. I believe employees learn better when mistakes are addressed calmly, with guidance and support. I also felt that feedback could have been delivered in a more encouraging way.
