Pros
He's nice. But that's what leads to his cons
Cons
He doesn't want to make any bad employees mad. He brags about having a laid back department. He decided to not have any policies towards attendance. He also will let people sit around for hours before actually working. He always says as long as the job is done. But he's only at the hospital three days a week. He has no clue what is going on. He always says to assume that every employee has good intentions. Yet they abuse the leniency by showing up hours late to only sit at a computer for hours.
